General terms and conditions – Camperplaats Ureterp

1. Thank you for your booking

Thank you for your booking at Camperplaats Ureterp, whether via Campercontact or directly with us.

We warmly welcome you to our motorhome site, set in a beautiful orchard with hard-surfaced paths and spacious, reinforced grass pitches.

2. Arrival & departure

Arrival is possible until 22:00. We do not work with fixed arrival or departure times. Your arrival time is also your departure time on the day you leave (24-hour stay).

Would you like to stay a little longer on your departure day? Please just check with us.

On arrival, drive a little way past the house and take the entrance marked “Welkom op Camperplaats Ureterp”. You may choose any available pitch yourself. Please park facing forwards. If you prefer to park the other way round, please check with your neighbours first.

3. Payment

You can pay via our website, using the QR code at the garden house, or in cash.

If you would like a receipt, we are happy to provide one.

4. Facilities

Wi-Fi

Electricity

• 14 amps available per pitch.
• Cost: €3.00 per day.

5. Stay & behaviour

We kindly ask all guests to treat each other with respect.

Quiet hours: between 22:00 and 08:00 we ask for silence on the site.

Please keep any music or other sound at a low volume so that other guests are not disturbed.

6. Ground sheets, awnings & tents

Breathable ground sheets are allowed. Awnings, tables and chairs may be placed on the grass.

Small additional tents are possible by prior agreement.

7. Dogs & pets

Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a lead and remain on your own pitch.

Please walk your dog outside the motorhome site, preferably along the road or in the nearby woods.

Our Jack Russells sometimes roam freely on the grounds. They are friendly and curious. If you or your dog are bothered by them, please let us know – we will gladly sort it out.

8. Barbecues & fires

Small campfires and fire bowls are permitted, as long as the grass is not damaged (ideally use a plate or similar under the fire). Barbecues are also allowed.

Use of any open fire or barbecue is entirely at your own risk. Always think of safety and of your neighbours.

9. Liability

We cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.

Use of the facilities and moving around the grounds is entirely at your own risk.

Any damage to the grounds or facilities must be reported and will need to be paid for.

10. Booking & availability

You can make a booking via our website or Campercontact.

If there are free pitches, you may also arrive without a reservation.

Are you arriving within two hours? Then you are welcome to give us a call.

11. Parking

You may park your car free of charge in the yard.

12. Emergencies & contact

In an emergency: call 112.

If you have any questions or if something is wrong, please contact us on the telephone number shown on the welcome sign.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care.

Your details are used only for your booking and our administration and are never shared with third parties.
